Products & Availability We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. ELENORM reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings. 3. Pricing All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices may change without prior notice. Promotional offers, discounts, and sale prices are available only during their stated validity period. 4. Orders Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. ELENORM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to: * Product unavailability * Pricing or technical errors * Suspected fraudulent activity * Incomplete or incorrect customer information If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed where applicable. 5. Payment Cash on Delivery (COD) is our default payment method. If digital payment methods such as bKash or Nagad are available, customers are responsible for providing accurate transaction details when required. Orders paid through manual payment methods may remain pending until payment has been verified. 6. Shipping & Delivery We currently deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or public holidays. Standard delivery charges: * Dhaka: ৳70 * Outside Dhaka: ৳130 7. Returns, Exchanges & Non-Refundable Items Customers may request a return or exchange in accordance with ELENORM’s Return Policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must: * Be unused and unworn. * Be unwashed and undamaged. * Be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. * Be returned within the eligible return period specified by ELENORM. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped by ELENORM: * Custom-designed or personalized products. * Products made to customer specifications. * Items altered or modified at the customer’s request. * Gift cards (if applicable). * Clearance or final sale items (where stated). By placing an order for a custom-designed or personalized product, you acknowledge that the item is made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by applicable law. 8.
